How does the secure purchase process work?
Snowify collaborates with Beseif, a 100% secure payment and shipping system specialized in buying and selling between individuals.
Buy in Snowify is very simple:

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Yes, as a buyer you will assume the fixed shipping costs, which will be paid along with the item at the time of payment.
When will I receive the item?
You will receive the order within a maximum period of 24 / 48h after the package is collected at the seller's home. We will continuously notify you of the status of your order.
What happens if the seller does not send the item?
The money of the transaction is protected at all times in a secure deposit. Therefore, if the seller finally does not send the item, the price of the item as well as the shipping costs paid will be returned in full.
How is payment made?
Payment is made by credit card through our secure payment gateway.
How can I return an item?
When you receive the shipment, you can open it in front of the messenger and check that it is what you bought. If this were not the case, you can reject the delivery and your purchase money will be returned. We will return the item to the seller at no cost.
Accepted delivery, you will have 24h to test the item. If everything went well, we will release the payment and the seller will receive the money from the sale. If it is not what you expected, go to "My transactions", select the current transaction and request a free refund. As soon as the seller verifies that the item that has been returned is correct, the purchase money will be returned.
